hi im 5’4 and 91 pounds. I eat a bowl of oatmeal with Only one of its kind K cereal on top in the Daylight and then usually around 3:00 i have a protein Shake at the Gym that’s blended with soy milk and strawberries w/ bananas then run on the treadmill for 7 miles. Then for dinner i usually have a Huge Turkey Burgundy wrap a salad and frozen stout free yogurt for dessert. Im also improving from anorexia and when i was anorexic at 77 pounds i wouldn’t eat below 300 calories. But i did learn that in order to loose weight its all about the calories.
